Skype To Enable 3D Video Calls And It Will Be Amazed

on 30 August 2013

Recently Skype has confirmed to build 3D video calls. The project was revealed by a senior executive in an exclusive interview with the BBC while celebrating it's 10th anniversary. Skype had passed 100 million android users.

Microsoft's corporate vice-president for Skype, Mark Gillett, told the BBC that Skype has done work in the labs identified with the 3D display and 3D-capture, however "the catch devices are not yet there".

The company believes that they need many days to work to be done before enabling the 3D video calls in the Skype. That's because the "Skype user's need to add multiple camera to computer, Accurately keeps them and point them at the right angle," said by Gillett.

Meanwhile Gillett also told that Skype will likely to offer 1080p full high definition video call resolution to devices rather than the upcoming Xbox console.

The Project's aim is to impress its users and to lead the App into high level. Anyway 3D videos calls will be excited but it will take several months to launch it, because the technology have to be fully available on the market.
